For high-end custom PCs, we suggest high-performance 240mm/360mm AIO liquid coolers or dual-tower air coolers. For gaming laptops, we offer premium thermal paste applications (like Grizzly Kryonaut or Noctua NT-H2) and regular internal dust cleanups, which should ideally be done every 12 to 18 months.
Can I upgrade components of a pre-built PC in the future?
Yes! All our custom rigs are assembled with standardized parts, making upgrades straightforward. You can easily upgrade graphics cards, expand storage, add more RAM slots, or swap system fans down the line.
What is the difference between Distributor Warranty and Dealer Warranty?
Distributor Warranty: The warranty is officially covered by the authorized regional distributor (e.g., Asus, MSI, Gigabyte). You can claim it directly through official repair hubs or through us.
Dealer/Store Warranty: The repair or replacement is covered directly by Computer Zone's internal technical team. This is typically standard for certain custom bundles or imported niche peripherals.
How do I submit an RMA/Warranty claim?
Please bring the faulty hardware along with the original purchase invoice and original box packings to our main service hub. If you reside outside the city, you can courier the package securely to our RMA desk. RMA process timelines depend on official distributor inspections, typically taking 7-14 working days.
Will adding thermal paste or upgrading RAM void my warranty?
In most laptops, upgrading RAM or SSD through an authorized center (like Computer Zone) does NOT void the warranty. However, dismantling cooling heatpipes, repasting, or breaking the "Warranty Void If Removed" factory seals yourself might void official manufacturer policies. We recommend letting our certified tech team handle upgrades safely.
How do you ensure safe shipping for fragile items like monitors and tempered glass casings?
Fragile items are packed with high-density EPE foam armor, heavy-duty cardboard boxes, and multiple layers of industrial bubble wrap. All desktop packages have GPU brackets installed internally to prevent PCIe slots from flexing during transit. We also partner with premium insured courier networks to guarantee safe delivery.
Do you offer home delivery and cash on delivery (COD)?
